I have few exposed filters from this module http://drupal.org/project/user_terms and they get message of "Ungroupable filters" and I would like to have OR filter with one of them. What is the problem here and can it be solved?

Lets see what the maintainers of user_terms think about that.

In general please provide an export of the view, it is always a bit easier if you get more context of the problem.

Views support for User Terms was written for Views 2. Updates are probably required for Views 3.

I'm afraid I don't have very much time at all to work on this module, so it's really going to be a case of you providing a patch or hiring a developer to do it.

Can that even be done for views 3, what do you think?
I can't provide patch as I am not that good programer to do it, but maybe I could think of hireing someone...
