Description

Hi,
firstly apologies if I've missed something quite obvious but I just can't figure this out.
I'm using the feedparser module and trying to create items just like traditional aggregator items (i.e. not as nodes).
I followed the readme and enabled the feedmanager and feedaggregator_node modules.
But, there is no option in the feedparser modules section to enable feedaggregator_item, so how do I get the feeds as items and not as nodes?
When I go to create a feed (via Administer › Content management › News Aggregator › Add) the only processor option is 'nodes' which I don't want.
I can see the feedaggregator_item module file in the feedparser folder but don't know how to install it.
Thanks for your help,
Laurence.

I have a feeling that's because the module is not yet upgraded to 5.x

You might be the first person to be interested in that feature :)

Hi budda,
thanks for your quick reply.
Any idea if and/or when you might be integrating this functionality?

very interested. I need a better feeds module, but some of my other modules require the functions from core.
