Hello,

I am quite new at this, but it is possible to create individual user pages where each user can insert values (for exampel: goal weight and daily weight) on a daily basis that also get displayed in an individual chart on his/her user page? The values should be stored in a database and be searchable by admins.

This module is simply a wrapper around SWF/Charts.

Yes, you could create a module that does what you describe and then use the swfcharts to chart the results.

But this module does not do any graphing of its own.
