When building a sub theme that inherits newsflash, the theme-specific settings are not properly displayed on the sub theme's settings page. Instead, whatever settings are in place for the newsflash theme are displayed.

This seems to be caused by a bug in the phptemplate_settings() function called in theme-settings.php.

Attached is a patch.

Well if i have time i will see if i make a release because the priro is on Drupal 7 version

Same problem applies to the Drupal 7 version as well. I've uploaded a d7 patch.
