So far, none of the half-dozen sites I have set up have wanted the "Guest Contributor" block. It's not hard to remove (I found all the Contexts with "blog" in them and x'd out the Guest Contributor block), but maybe the default should be that it's not in those contexts to start with.

I think it's an artifact of K4Health's own blog, where we wanted a distinction between staff contributors and guest contributors.

I have fixed this in a branch 1620080-remove-guest-contributors-by-default. Essentially it is just removed from the context, but the block is still available if people want to use that.
