Founded error for no menu item [#1620608]

Issue Summary

After enabling the module it seems doesn't appear into the menu... I've checked the logs and i found this:

PDOException: SQLSTATE[23000]: Integrity constraint violation: 1048 Column 'title' cannot be null:

i've tried to uninstall and reinstall with the latest and previous versions, cleared all the caches but nothing... any solutions?
