I have Gallery2 embedded in a Drupal(5.1) site using Gallery v 1.4.2.1 - in most respects, it works fine, although I do run into occasional "Error 500 - Internal server error" messages when changing administration settings through the embedded site. I do not get these errors when running gallery on it's own.

I recently noticed that when running System Maintenance on gallery embedded I get an error in the form:

Checked 30 items and found 1 conflicts
Bad path: My Site Gallery: http://mysite.com/index.php

This error does not crop up when running unembedded. I gather that there's some kind of root conflict going on here, but I'm not sure how to correct it. There's no option in the gallery url rewrites for the base site. I do have both URL rewrite set up on Gallery2 and clean urls set up on Drupal, and in most cases they seem to work fine. What am I missing here?

Actually - the errors seem to be cropping up more and more often, including when users try to simply edit their albums. So I've had to deactivate Clean URLS entirely for the time being. This seems to have helped.
