Player Will Not Display

This topic has been discussed several times before, but it seems like my problem cannot be solved using the previous solutions.

If you notice, there is a link to play the audio and no actual player. To begin, I made sure I had a player selected from the settings page and even tried multiple different players. At first I thought it was the quality of the file, so I reduced it to 128kpbs and still no luck. Then, I thought I would update to the development version to give that a shot -- still no luck. From here, I have been searching around for a solution with no luck.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
