Double Click changes type and behaviour of all 'Submit' buttons

When Double Click activated all submit buttons goes weird and replaces irrelevant buttons and submit function of the submit button of the last time
for example
if you are on
admin/settings/date-time
and you make setting changes
-instead of the usual 'Submit changes' you get 'Search' submit button
same goes for editing a node submit button is 'Search' or some other submit button type and function
and this awkwardness goes along any other submit buttons throughout the site as result it renders whole site not editable and configurable anymore
i been trying to find out what was causing this behavoiur by elimination all modules 1 by 1 and took me weeks and an un functioning site during the period. I am not sure if anyone else experienced this . its possible a good old .js conflict with some other module or core .js
