Just what the title says.... when I save the configuration options I get a Page Not Found error.

Did you mean the options unter "admin/settings/userreview", cant reproduce the problem.

Right, when I save the configuration options, I get directed to a 404 page.

However I recently moved from a shared server to a VPS and haven't had the problem since.

This version of userreview is not supported anymore. The issue is closed for this reason.
Please upgrade to a supported version and feel free to reopen the issue on the new version if applicable.
