I've been building a Social Networking site for a couple of weeks and it's almost perfect. (hand rubbing) But I still have one problem.
Users can mark for "friends only" and bookmark their content (like a basic page) so THEY can find it. BUT their Friends have no way to know it exists or any way to get to it.
It's definitely doable as admin sees ALL "friends" bookmarks when selecting "Bookmarks" from the menu.
How can I solve this?

This post belongs in the post installation forum. Please edit the post and move it. Thanks.you can implement the views.module and link the view to some area of the site so users can see lists.

I was afraid you'd mention "views" I've got it loaded but trying to work with it makes my teeth hurt. All of the instructions I find are for earlier versions and the terms just don't match up.

google "nodeone views" and watch the video series taming the beast. Beats writing your own custom module which may be more difficult to deal with than views depending on your skill set.
Thanks, I'll give that a try.
Thanks, I'll give that a try. I'm old enough that sometimes I need my food pre-chewed.
