Flash video stops load in IE6

When I put a flash video (Using FlashVideo module) or  a youtube video on a page, my Lucid menus won't load.  This only happens in IE6 but I haven't checked what happens in IE7.  If I click refresh they load and if I navigate back from another page they are there but not when I first open the browser and go to the page.  I have tried testing different themes and they all have the same problem.  Am I the only one that seems to have this problem?  I can't imagine that my site is the only one using Lucid AND flash.

Lucid  menu is a major part of my site and I can't imagine what I would do if I had to change to a menu that doesn't drop down.  Any help would be greatly appreciated!
