Hi,

I noticed that on my Drupal 4.7 site the indexpage pages where very well indexed by google.
Now I updated my site to drupal 5.1 and I saw that the indexpage module is not yet supported!

Could somebody please take up the indexpage project and port it to drupal 5.1?
The directory.module with views, doesn't do exactly the same, and the url's are different.
Right now I get hundrerds of non-excisting pages because of the fact that in my new Drupal 5.1 site the url's www.gratis-informatie.nl/indexpage/ ... gives http 404 errors of course!

Thanks in advance!
I would of course help you testing, but am not a programmer to do this myself.

Greetings,
Martijn

it seems as if the developer isn't around anymore and the module can be replaced taxonomy_directory in views (got this from one of the support issues found at the project page). Until someone is willing to update indexpages, I would recommend you give it a try. I would also recommend, that you then set url aliases so that no 404 page not found error is produced, especially important since google has indexed them.

Hi,
I had contact with the developer op indexpage (Carlos) and he will bring the module to drupal 5.1 when he finds the time :)
Off course I can set a view to indexpages, but the problem of double content will arise.
But for now I made a view with the url indexpage/weblink to solve the problem the short term.
Thanks for your reply!

greetings,
Martijn
