I've added some new functionality to the KT module:

  1. Can copy users and their groups into Knowledge tree
  2. Added advice to readme.txt on how to make Knowledge tree always load in drupal iframe and changed kt module to support this
  3. Added code to make Knowledge Tree emails work with Drupal user login page (the redirect is maintained through the log in process)
  4. Added code to make iframe height resizable (just set height to "auto")
  5. Added code for sensible Knowledge Tree log in failure page
  6. Fixed some bugs and removed unnecessary code in Knowledge Tree's login.php
  7. Move Knowledge tree's drupal config into separate php file
  8. If KT admin set in Drupal then user is put into the system administrator group in Knowledge Tree
  9. Added advice to readme on how to make DMS page use the full width of the theme
