Change ownership of Croatia group

Ezra-g told progfrog (via mail) to post issue - I'm little bit confused now because according to Abandoned Groups: Policy for Deleting a Group or Changing Its Manager:

Post a message into the Maintenance or Groups.Drupal.org groups to alert them to the original message.

My initial move was to post issue here (IMHO this is way more convenient) but I chose to follow the rules. ;)

If this is OK way, I could edit that wiki and add GDO issue queue as another, or only option?

I changed the owner to mariomaric. I suspect the abandoned groups policy was written before we had an issue queue for groups.drupal.org. I updated that to point to the issue queue, which seems like a much better way to handle ownerships transfers.
