In toolbar.css Drupal is using this statement-

filter: progid:DXImageTransform.Microsoft.Shadow

and reporting-

ERROR | Each style definition must be on a line by itself

I think DrupalCS recognizes the second colon as a new property.

Drupal Code Sniffer has been merged into Coder 7.x-2.x. Please move this issue to the Coder queue and reopen it if the problem still exists.
