AJAX callback not robust enough to handle formatter settings moving around

When using in formatter_field, the formatter is shown in an unusual place. This isn't the only place this can happen, either; this could happen in a place such as Views or Panels where the formatter is embedded into another form. In order to fix this, the ajax callback needs to use the actual location of the form and calculate the proper location to update from there. Patch to follow.
