The latest update, which I applied today, now breaks the "Subscriptions" page and sends me to a server error page. I have reinstalled and am receiving the same error message.

This should be fixed with #1627922: Add user-facing pages for managing subscriptions. Though please use caution when updating. Things are in such upheaval right now that it's not a very good time to be updating. We're drastically expanding the functionality of this module. That update revamps the database storage but does NOT provide an upgrade path. You'll need to uninstall/reinstall the module.
