Managing CCK Fields Permission like Xing: granting Fields To Roles

Ok, I want to have a fancy user profile like I have with usernodes profile module where I can even insirt views of all kinds. Cool! But I want this feature like in XING. I as user shall be able to decide what cck fields of my data what user can view. (Reverse Role) It is like buddy groups. If you are such a good buddy, then you do get my fon number automatically seen in my profile, and if I fall in love with you, I lift you up that you can see my address...
