Remove dead code from page.module

This page table database table doesn't seem to be doing a lot. Lets remove it.

The page_view() function just does the default processing which node.module will do for us. Lets remove it.

Hmm,,, page and story modules are functionally the exact same with this and http://drupal.org/node/16192. Wonder what we could do about that... :)
