Description
Much like Google's "I'm feeling lucky," this adds a checkbox that lets you enable jumping to the first result in the search if there are multiple results. This is useful for some, for example:
Go to a URL such as:
http://example/name-of-document
Then it takes you to the right place, such as:
http://example/topic/multimedia/real-name-of-document-here
