Tokens aren't displaying in meta description?

Hi, I had the module working fine, but I've just noticed that it's no longer working?
I'm using it with nodewords 6x1.13 and Token 6x1.18

The site I'm running it on is http://www.bluebridesmaid.com - I made custom tokens, the tokens were working fine but don't now, I updated all my modules a month or so back but i've tried previous versions of all three modules and can't seem to crack it...

Any ideas?
