a lot of error in my site !

DatabaseSchemaObjectExistsException: Table field_data_field_tags already exists. inDatabaseSchema->createTable() (line 657 of/home/domain/public_html/includes/database/schema.inc).

i have this error on page : http://domain.com/admin/modules

and a lot of Notice: Undefined index : ..... and Notice: Undefined property: stdClass::$nid in node...

i confused!

Not sure myself, if you run the update.php that always tends to get rid of a lot of errors for me, you type it in after your domain ie;
www.mydomain.com/update.php

Just follow the wizard and see if that cleans up a lot of the problems
