Hello. I am starting a registered company, using Drupal as my platform. I am now at the point where I chooses WYSIWYG editors, because I know some clients (those that don't know HTML markup) would need it. I decided to choose FCK editor, because IMO (I can be wrong) it outputs cleaner HTML than TinyMCE. But, the FCK liscene confuses me a bit, and I don't want to get in the middle of copyright lawsuits. Here is what they said:
This license offers a very flexible way to integrate FCKeditor in your commercial application.
These are the main advantages it offer over a Open Source license:
* Modifications and enhancements doesn't need to be released under a Open Source license;
* There is no need to distribute the LGPL license alongside with your product and no reference to it have to be done;
* No references to FCKeditor have to be done in any file distributed with your product;
* The source code of FCKeditor doesn’t have to be distributed along with your product;
* You can remove any file from FCKeditor when integrating it with your product.With the CDL, you have also 1 year of personal e-mail support.
Does this apply to the company I am starting?Or am I free to use this in my Drupal installations?
Thanks, your help is greatly appreciated.

"The editor is distributed
"The editor is distributed under the GPL, LGPL and MPL open source licenses." It doesn't mean that you have to follow GPL and LGPL and MPL. Not at all. It means that you may follow either GPL or LPGL and MPL.
In other words, you can do everything you can do with Drupal, that is distributed under GLP only. In other words, you can use in your website freely.
