I´m trying out some need stuff with Panels but I am having problems using some of the substitution tokens when adding endpoints to the panel. The relation_type, id, vid and all that works but none of the labels.

The relation types have labels. Relations don't really, except "<first entity> <relation type label><second entity>", which only works for binary relations, and which you can created with the other tokens anyway. So there's nothing fix here. If you can think of a logical label that works for all relations, then we might consider adding it, but otherwise just create the label out of multiple tokens.
