I'm running Drupal 5.2.
I'm trying to add my blog to www.bloglines.com, but I can't get past the "verification process." To get past the verification process I must insert a key

into one of my posts, and another unique key into the template. I don't have a problem with inserting a key in the PAGE.TPL.PHP, but I can't get the RSS.XML to acknowledge the "key" that www.bloglines.com is looking for. I put the appropriate key in the NODE.TPL.PHP but it doesn't show up into the mysite/rss.xml.

1. How to I get data (or force data) into the rss.xml feed? (so I can get verified with www.bloglines.com)

2. How do you style/control/format your data on the "rss.xml"?

3. I understand how to insert a news feed into a Drupal block, but how can I insert a news feed into a node so as to make it part of the blog?
