It would be nice to be able to configure each service link independently of one another. Then users could put the FB Like button at the top in the content area and other service links in the links area. RIght now they all are configured together.

Service Links Displays can help you to have a second set of services, multiple configuration will be available only with the third version #1353802: Service Links 3.x plan
