The README.txt is a bit outdated and could be clarified at some points.

It contains a link to a d.o. handbook on how to install a Drupal 5 / 6 contrib module.

The reference to the administration pages are not correct anymore.

Some phrases could be clearer.

Just a note: Patch had full path including docroot/sites/etc etc, and also did not respect 80 char. wraparound limit.
But, no worries! Committed to 7.x-1.x-dev and 6.x-1.x as well =)
