Project Page states to use libraries/jail/jquery.jail.js, module using built-in js file

The project page states that the user should download the jail library to sites/*/libraries/jail/jail.jquery.js, however the module itself is referencing the jail js file bundled with it. To avoid confusion let's use the library file and add the libraries module as a dependency.
