Quick searches are a way of executing particular site searches right from your browser's address bar to save the time of navigating to the web sites and submitting a form each time. The feature is variously implemented as Firefox smart keywords, as custom search engines in Chrome and Opera, and as IE search prefixes. The same functionality can be added to Safari with the Keywurl plugin. Here are some Drupal.org quick searches with suggested keywords.
