I would like to request a feature where candidate can view and apply for a job only if he/she has the suitable, experience and qualification . i.e a feature to match job requirements and candidates qualifications, experience levels and grant permissions a kind of ABT module and Term access module(both have similar functionality).

ABT is more suitable but it uses user terms module attached to core profile and is not usable
Term access is useful but needs work to make it work for Profile2(entity)

Both these modules look for user terms , which is drawback, this user terms dependency also effects in other way as both the candidate and recruiter, or employer needs to have user terms.

could you please consider this plz

This is an interesting but overly complicated feature request and will be postponed until, at the very least, we have a stable version.
