Annoying light-blue header stripe in certain browsers.

Issue Summary

I've just upgraded to Drupal 5.2 and since then I have the - screenshot attached - blue stripe in the header. It is only visible in IE6, FF and Opera. The page looks normal in IE7 and Safari: without the disturbance of the blue stripe in the header. I'd kindly ask for some help what and how to modify in the CSS (i guess that's where the solution lies).
The FF web-developer tells it is in
#header-region .clear-block
#wrapper
but so far I've been unable to find what to modify exactly and where.
So I need a little help considering this problem.
Many thanks in advance.

I have the exact same problem. But reading from the date of tiwaz issue I assume the problem was solved. Can anyone help me out how to solve this exact problem removing the light-blue header stripe?

I have checked for the colorcode #cde3f1 anywhere in the code, but nothing comes up. My background image is white and should thus not conflict in any way with a light-blue header stripe. Any good ideas as to whereelse I should check?

Best regards.
