With PURL enabled, we are not able to create a new custom menu. (We have to disable PURL, then create a new menu and enable PURL again). No error message, no warning, simple nothing happens.

After enabling PURL we see a lot of warning like "Notice: Array to string conversion ve funkci ctools_get_plugins() (line: 253 in [WEBSITE]/sites/all/modules/ctools/includes/plugins.inc).", maybe it is related?

Can you please provide more info? Using the latest releases of PURL and ctools, I have no problems creating a new custom menu.

What versions of ctools and drupal are you using?
