http://www.initializr.com/ let's you download a version of html5boilerplate with Twitter Bootstrap framework. What about integrating twitter bootstrap with boilerplate or having it as an alternative?

That's definitely possible, and I would post it if patched. I'm not a huge bootstrap user, so I probably won't get to it. Possibly might add the Foundation framework though...
