Don't display "forum" when content is published in forums

Hi,
I don't publish articles on my main page, only forum threads. I want to stop to display the "forum : xx" on the home page. I've tried some changes on node.tpl but it didn't work for me.

I'm not clear but i think the pic will be more precise.
