Hide incomplete file info when theming the node's length and format

If you're not using getID3, a lot of the file info isn't loaded by default so the default theme_audio_format_filelength() and theme_audio_format_fileformat() functions end up with a lot of holes in their output. The attached patch only displays each bit when there's information available.
