I keep getting this error Strict warning: Creating default object from empty value in boxes_box::load() (line 28 of C:\Users\Bling\Sites\openpublish-7.x-1.0-alpha9\profiles\openpublish\modules\contrib\boxes\plugins\boxes_box.inc). I am not sure if it is a boxes problem or the implantation of boxes in openpublish I just downloaded the install profile extracted it and imported it to acquia dev desktop.

It's probably a boxes problem and an issue has been created there. See #2042101: Creating default object from empty value boxes_box.inc:28, PHP 5.4, or has #1279752: Error using install profile with drush and custom box already solved this for you?
