Updated the general.po

  • There are 6 strings left to translate: 3 are rather debug-messages, 2 concern the legacy-module, where I wasn't able to find a suitable (and short enough) translation, 1 the tracker module, where I had the same problem
  • "Vote" is used ambiguously: in English, it can mean either "Bewertung" (n.) or "Abstimmen" (v.). As it seems to be used more as the second one and the first version only affects administrators and moderators, I chose the second one.
  • I got completely lost on "submission queue", used "Publikations-Warteschlaufe", but maybe someone has a better idea ...
  • Drupal differentiates between "Visitors" ("Besucher", nicht registrierte oder nicht angemeldete Personen) and "Users" ("Benutzer", angemeldete Personen). We should stick to that as well, although I'm not sure if I did before ... will check again
  • Basically, it would be good if everyone involved in the German translation would check that file, as it contains many strings that are used throughout the whole interface and that should be consistent. I translated as much as I could according the README, so I hope it's correct.

The Patch is diffed against v1.5 of the CVS.

Same problem as with the forum-module translation: The combination of date and time may lead to problems in the German translation. I probably took the easy way out with my solution (Eingetragen von [Name] | [Datum – Uhrzeit]), but at least it doesn't look «wrong» anymore.

The patch is diffed against v1.5 from the CVS and therefore replaces the previous patch.
