Clicking 'you have a pending request' link doesn't take you to right place [#1635496]

Issue Summary

It takes you to the generic management screen instead of the 'pending' tab.

Taking a shot at fixing this. This patch fixes the problem for me.

Patch applies cleanly (both for -dev and current -alpha4 versions), and fixes the problem.
