Release Page title 5.x-1.1

I’ve started working on 5.x-2.x in HEAD, so the DRUPAL-5--1 branch is now just for bug fixes.

After fixing http://drupal.org/node/158104 and seeing that there are no other outstanding bugs, I think we need to release Page title 5.x-1.1. Agreed, Nick?

From the CHANGELOG:

• Added Russian translation by SadhooKlay.
• Removed inaccurate package description from .info file.
• Added ability to uninstall module.
• Increased length of page title to 255 characters for MySQL users.
• #158104: Updated MySQL tables to use the system default table type instead of always using MyISAM.
