No Delivery URL in OpenAds Settings interface for the current version

The Drupal module documentation says:
The Openads adserver is highly configurable regarding the URL it uses. The according settings can be found at Settings => Main Settings in your adserver adminstration interface.
I have looked at all of the pages under Settings -> Main Settings and there is no Delivery URL shown. When I try generating invocation code, I am not sure what part of the code may be the deliver url.
Any guidance would be appreciated.

In case you are still looking for this (as I've wasted time looking for it twice), you have to click on "choose section", which opens a drop down menu, including delivery settings.
Another thing I've wasted time on is the fact that the javascript file needed is a php file. You can find it on the same page, under Global Delivery File Names.
