I've read through the README.txt with regards to the external linking for adverts, but my version of Ad module does not show the options to select if a link opens in the same or new window???

Under global settings in Display settings I only have"JavaScript & Raw radio buttons" with JavaScript selected (default) & then instructions underneath. After that it goes to the "Cache" settings.

I hope I'm not overlooking anything and wasting your time, but I can't find what you describe in the README.txt.

I also re-downloaded the latest version from drupal.org just in case, but it's the same???

I'm having the same problem, though I'm sure I've seen the option (and set it) but can't find it now!

Whoops, I re-defined the "display" fieldset when adding the display type, so the click-through target was lost. Thanks for the persistent testing and bug-report!

Fixed in the development tree. I'm going to be rolling a 5.x-1.3-2 very soon.
