I haven't received any problem report about this theme's development version for 4 months. So I am assuming it's now stable. So this is the stable release.

This is a port of the Spring Bloom design found at http://www.oswd.org/design/preview/id/3535. Spring Bloom is a two column theme for the 5.X branch. The theme files need to go through extensive testing before being declared stable. So this development release is basically a Request For Testing.
