Hi,

I am creating a site that allow visitor to earn points (using userpoints) by uploading content. Now if the up-loader was referred by (using referral module) another user, then referrer will earn 20% of his points every time up-loader earn points.

user A= 1st person joined the site
user B= 2nd person joined the site ----> using 'user A' referral
user C= 3rd person joined the site------> using 'user B' referral

Now, if user B upload a content, he will earn 1 point and user A should get 20% of this point.

System:
Drupal- 7.x
Rules- 7.2.1
Userpoints- 7.1
referral- 7.1 beta 4

Any help or ideas appreciated.

You didn't say what you're having trouble doing.. :) Is it the 20% calculation, applying points the the referring user, something else?

Hi Mitchell,

I wanted to get this using rules. But in rules you can not make any decimal or % to award people. I don't know whether it is a problem or just made to work like this. Thank you for your response, but I already have given a job for customizing this module. If the job done perfectly, I have plan to post it here.
