Fixed install script to support db_prefix. Fixed situation where null values were being passed during nodeapi for insert/update on nodes.

Verison 1.4, for some crazy reason, reverted us to a problem from v1.2. This shoudl fix all that.

Forced function _tax_receipt_getvars() to return default values when called for URLs where arg(1) \!is_int(). This helps new nodes get created without errors.

Fixed several bugs with the receipt. It was querying for the official product price instead of the price paid by the user. That's an issue :) Resolved.

Removed preview function from menu (MENU_CALLBACK is type now)

Added an admin setting to preview your email while in the ecsettings screen.
