It appears I have the module, ctools and js installed properly. But I do not have an option to select JCarousel in a view under Display Format. I've tried selecting Slideshow, thinking the options for JCarousel might appear there but no luck. I assume I am missing something simple. Thanks in advance for your help.

Duh - jcarousel and Views jCarousel - not the same thing. Duh. Sorry...
