Galleria does not load

The container will not load on certain devices. I think this may be due to a time out issue, as discussed on Stackoverflow.

Generally, desktops browsers are fine (connected through broadband) mobiles are less reliable.

I can't find where to change the relevant code in 7.x - please help! Thanks
