I want a drupal distribution with Workbench & Workflow are setup. I found the Dru++ (http://drupal.org/project/druplusplus) as a matching one. By visiting to http://drupal.org/project/druplusplus, I can not get any downloads of distribution.
How can I download and install this distribution?

Click the View All Releases
The project page suggests using drush make (if you do no have that you can google for it). If you prefer do it manually, you should be able to. Click the View All Releases button at the bottom of the project page to get the code.
It looks interesting. I would hesitate to use it because there is only a dev version, so far (no stable version) and it is not clear whether it is being actively developed.

yep--- i would caution against using it. It appears to be abandoned and from the project page it would seem that you can setup the modules yourself. Maybe just install it to checkout how it works and get the modules yourself.
