Description: 

Drupal 7 has a translation user interface that is not very useful for many users. However, we now have extensive experience with both a more useful interface in localization client module and on localize.drupal.org. Therefor in Drupal 8, we introduced a user interface much closer to localize.drupal.org and planning to include more usability improvements.
