Improve language used in strings

There are some spelling errors and strange sounding sentences in the module's interface. I gave them an overhaul. The patch also fixes a number of strings that were not translated, and removes mentions of "Campaign Monitor" in user-facing messages, since the end user is not concerned with the underlying technology and just wants to subscribe or unsubscribe.
